The future of technology and user interaction is unfolding before our eyes, and I firmly believe that Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) will be at its core. My journey into this exciting frontier began during my internship at Interdime Technologies, where I was tasked with a clear objective: orchestrating a successful product cold-start for an innovative AR/VR offering.
My Cold-Start Strategy: Breaking Through the Noise
My role involved spearheading key operations and marketing initiatives to get our AR/VR product off the ground. It was an intense but incredibly rewarding experience. I focused on strategic outreach and targeted campaigns, and I'm proud to say that within just one month, we achieved an impressive 15% market penetration. What's more, our product quickly climbed the ranks to become the number one non-gaming app download on the Apple Vision Pro store. This early success was a testament to our team's dedication and the product's inherent value.

Hands-On: UI/UX & Technical Problem-Solving
Beyond strategy, I was deeply involved in the hands-on development of the product's user experience. Using Figma, I designed and optimized multiple landing pages and content pages. My efforts directly contributed to a 20% increase in user engagement and a 10% boost in conversion rates. On the technical side, I leveraged Unity to debug and optimize approximately 20 3D UI modules. This was crucial work, as resolving spatial positioning issues significantly enhanced the overall user experience, making the product more intuitive and enjoyable.

The Power of Digital Marketing: Reaching Our Audience
Digital marketing was another critical component of our launch. I developed four versions of promotional videos to showcase the product's capabilities and managed our Google Ads campaigns with precision. These efforts yielded strong results, including an average Click-Through Rate (CTR) of 24% and a 10% increase in lead generation. It was fascinating to see how targeted digital outreach could amplify our message and connect us with the right audience.

Reflections: Building the Future's Interface
This internship was a pivotal experience that profoundly solidified my interest in marketing and user experience. It provided me with a unique, practical understanding of how to not just conceptualize, but actively build the user interfaces and experiences of the future. I learned that true innovation lies at the intersection of compelling technology, intuitive design, and effective communication, and I'm excited to continue exploring this dynamic space.
